Oxford Street Footpath Widening VISSIM Modelling – London UK

The objective of the project is to assess the impact of widening the footpath by narrowing

the carriageway along the eastside of Oxford Street to Oxford Circus. The project main tasks include:

  • Traffic data collection (Automatic & Manual Counts/Journey Time/Queue Length/Saturations/Signal Timing)

  • VISSIM micro-simulation modelling

  • Traffic Safety Audit

  • Preparation of Technical Report to present and assess the recommended solutions

The collected data include; traffic counts, signal timings, journey times, on-bus delay,

speed, parking and pedestrian counts surveys.


















Marco-Polo House (Queenstown Road) Traffic Impact Assessment – London UK

This traffic impact study aimed to assess the impacts of the additional traffic generated by the converted

 TV studios to residential and commercial units on Queenstown road. A separate parking study was also

conducted to assess the parking activities within the study area.

The project also includes the development of series of VISSIM models to precisely test the traffic impacts

of the new development on the surrounding network. The project tasks include:

  • Traffic data collection (Automatic & Manual Counts/Journey Time/Queue Length/Saturations/Signal Timing)

  • Traffic Data Analysis

  • VISSIM modelling developments, and future scenarios assessments.

  • 3D Traffic Animations

Jamaica Rd / Abbey Street Assessment & Roadside Interviews – London UK

The study is mainly to assess the impacts of various vehicle types on bus lane users (buses, taxis, bikes & motorbikes).

The project includes:

  • Traffic data collection supervisions and analysis

  • Road Users Questionnaire

  • O-D Matrix estimations

  • Preparation of Technical Report

  • Technical evaluation of the corridor operation



















Riyadh Metro Project: Highway & Traffic Detour Design – Riyadh KSA

The scope of work for this project covers mainly highway design and temporary traffic detour design within

Riyadh metro project include all related engineering design and traffic analysis needed to provide efficient

traffic flow conditions within the construction zones of the metro and post-metro construction along

line 1 (Oalya - Batha Street), and line 2 (King Abdullah Road), covering about 42 segments of elevated, at-grade

and underground sections at and between the metro stations. The project main tasks include:

  • Traffic Data Collection and Analysis

ADAC Airport-Terminal 4 VISSIM Modelling – AbuDhabi UAE

This project is aimed to assess airport ground service vehicles (GSE) movements within AbuDhabi international airport internal network between stands and service areas/storage areas (including the existing terminals 1, 2 & 3) based on the arrival/departures schedules and passenger demand. The main project tasks include:

  • Airport data collection.

  • GSE Movement Analysis

  • VISSIM modelling, 3D Traffic Animations.

  • Identification of the recommended operation system (Technical Report)













Granada Mall Extension Traffic Impact Study – Riyadh KSA

The objective of the project is to assess the impacts of the proposed extension of the mall on the existing

road network, and to identify the required additional parking capacity.

The project also includes the development of series of macro-models (TransCAD) to precisely test the

This project provides technical analysis and recommendations of the traffic impact study (TIS) required for the implementation of the Saudi Ministry of Housing. The project includes 41 (forty-one) residential compounds in the south and north regions of Saudi Arabia.

The compounds are of mixed land use including residential villas, educational facilities, clinics, parks and other public facilities. The project tasks include:
